Process Guide

I know there are many decisions to be made and there are a number of options to choose from when it comes to your wedding invitations. I guide and help you every step of the way. Below you will find the process and steps required to order invitations from the Semi-Custom Collection.


1/ DISCOVER

Explore the Semi-Custom Collection and choose a model that best suits your style and matches the aesthetics of the event.


2/ PRICE OFFER

Please read the Collection Guide before requesting a price quote. The Semi-Custom collection allows you to customize your invitations by choosing the type of paper, ink color, printing method, etc. If you would like to request a quote, please send me an email at aline@ivydesign.shop.


3/ CONSULTATION

Now is the right time to ask us to discuss it by email or by phone. We give you the chance to ask all your questions about paper, colors and printing methods. You can also order a sample pack. The package contains samples of all paper colors, printing methods and wax seals. A package costs 25 euros plus shipping costs, this package includes a code. If you place an order of 250 euros or more, the amount of the statement package will be deducted.


4/ BOOKING

If you decide to proceed after examining the quotation, we will issue an invoice for the advance. For this we need your billing information (full name, full address). By paying the invoice, your project will be booked in our calendar. Our payment is structured in 2 parts: - 20% non-refundable at time of booking - 80% upon approval of your final digital proof


5/ CONTENT & DESIGN

Now is the time to send us the final texts. As soon as we have received all the information from you, we will start working on the digital proof. We will contact you as soon as the proof is ready for review. Please give us about 5-7 business days for this step. We will provide you with a digital proof of the stationery/suite. Two rounds of revisions are included with your order. Additional revisions will be charged EUR 45/revision.


6/ PRODUCTION

After the final digital proof has been approved, your invitations will go into production. At this moment you will receive the final invoice of your order. After confirmation of payment, the production process starts. The production time is as follows:

10-15 business days, from final approval of the digital proof and payment confirmation


7/ DELIVERY

After your order has been printed and assembled, we'll make sure everything is carefully packed to get to you safely. We deliver worldwide via DHL Express and in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany via PostNL. The shipping costs are borne by the customer and are invoiced on the final invoice. Please note — International orders outside of the European Union may be subject to taxes or tariffs upon entry into your country, these are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. We should also note that we do not offer postal services and once the goods have been delivered the further handling of the suites is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused by the post offices through which the customer chooses to send his invitations by mail.
